Say: 'O my Lord, if Thou shouldst show me that they are promised, 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 We certainly have the power to show you what they have been warned about. 95 Repel evil with what is best, We are well aware of the things they say, 96 And say: My Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from suggestions of the evil ones, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 It will be an Hour when those whose scales are heavy, they alone will attain success; 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 There is a party of My servants who said, "Our Lord, we believe; therefore forgive us, and have mercy on us, for Thou art the best of the merciful." 109 Then ye took them mockingly, so that they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, and at them ye were wont to laugh. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this day forasmuch as they were steadfast in that they, even they, are the triumphant. 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 Deem ye that We have created you in vain and that unto Us ye are not to be returned? 115 So, exalted be Allah, the True King! There is no god but He, the Lord of the Great Throne. 116 And whosoever calleth, along with Allah, unto god, of whom he hath no warranty, then his reckoning is only with his Lord; verily thrive will not the infidels. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
