In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta' Ha' 1 We have not sent down the Qur'an to you that you should be burdened, 2 it is only a reminder for him who fears Allah; 3 a revelation from Him Who created the earth and the high heavens. 4 The Compassionate on the Throne is established. 5 His is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and what is between them two and what is beneath the ground. 6 And if you speak aloud – so He surely knows the secret and that which is more concealed. 7 Allah - there is no god but He. His are the most excellent names. 8 Hath there come unto thee the story of Moses? 9 Recall what time he saw a fire and said to his household, bide ye! verily I have perceived a fire! haply I may bring you from it a brand or may find at the fire a guidance. 10 And when he came to it (the fire), he was called by name: "O Musa (Moses)! 11 "Verily! I am your Lord! So take off your shoes, you are in the sacred valley, Tuwa. 12 "And I have chosen you. So listen to that which is inspired to you. 13 Verily I am Allah. There is no god beside Me. So serve Me and establish Prayers to remember Me. 14 Surely the hour is coming-- I am about to make it manifest-- so that every soul may be rewarded as it strives: 15 "Therefore let not such as believe not therein but follow their own lusts, divert thee therefrom, lest thou perish!".. 16 "Now, what is this in thy right hand, O Moses?" 17 'Why, it is my staff,' said Moses. 'I lean upon it, and with it I beat down leaves to feed my sheep; other uses also I find in it. 18 He said, “Put it down, O Moosa! 19 So he cast it down; and lo! it was a serpent running. 20 God said, "Take hold of it, and have no fear: We shall return it to its former state. 21 "Now place thy hand within thy armpit: it will come forth [shining] white, without blemish, as another sign [of Our grace,] 22 "In order that We may show thee (two) of our Greater Signs. 23 Go to Pharaoh, he has become insolent' 24
