The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 like boiling water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 then pour boiling water over his head as chastisement. 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 They shall not taste therein death except the first death, and He will save them from the punishment of the hell, 56 as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph. 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
