Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And all that ye see not 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet but only a few of you have faith, 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And We certainly know that there are amongst you those that reject (it). 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And indeed it is a certain Truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Tremendous Lord. 52
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
