Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
