۞ How many an angel there is in the heavens whose intercession avails not anything, save after that God gives leave to whomsoever He wills and is well-pleased. 26 Those who do not believe in the world to come name the angels with the names of females. 27 And they have no knowledge thereof; they follow but a vain opinion, and verily a vain opinion attaineth not aught of the truth. 28 Then withdraw (O Muhammad) from him who fleeth from Our remembrance and desireth but the life of the world. 29 This is the extent of their knowledge; indeed your Lord well knows one who has strayed from His path, and He well knows one who has attained guidance. 30 To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth, that He may requite those who do evil, in accordance with their deeds, and those who do good with good. 31 Those who stay away from grave sins and indecency (should know that) for their trivial sins your Lord's forgiveness is vast. He knows best about you. When He created you from the earth and when you were embryos in your mother's wombs. Do not consider yourselves very great. God knows best who is the most righteous person. 32
