Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ By the Day of Resurrection, 1 and by the self-reproaching soul! 2 Does man think that We shall not gather his bones? 3 We certainly have the power to restore them even the very tips of their finger. 4 Aye! man desireth that he may sin before him. 5 He asks, "When is the Day of Resurrection?" 6 But when the sight is dazed 7 And the moon darkens 8 and the sun and the moon are brought together, 9 That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?" 10 No indeed; not a refuge! 11 With your Lord alone shall on that day be the place of rest. 12 Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back. 13 nay, man shall be a clear proof against himself, 14 Though he puts forth his excuses. 15 Do not move your tongue with it (the Revelation) to hasten it. 16 Surely its collection and recitation are Our responsibility. 17 When We recite it, follow its recitation (by Us). 18 Then upon Us is its clarification [to you]. 19 By no means! Verily ye love the Herein. 20 And leave the Hereafter. 21 How many faces will be refulgent on that Day, 22 Looking at their Lord. 23 And [some] faces, that Day, will be contorted, 24 thou mightest think the Calamity has been wreaked on them. 25 But when [man's soul] reaches the throat, 26 And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?" 27 And he is sure that it is the (hour of) parting 28 And the leg is wound about the leg, 29 that will be the time to be driven to one's Lord. 30

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
