The pious ones will be triumphant. 31 Gardens and grapes. 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 and a cup [of happiness] overflowing. 34 There hear they never vain discourse, nor lying - 35 a recompense from your Lord and an ample reward 36 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, the most Gracious [and] none shall have it in their power to raise their voices to Him. 37 The Day when the Spirit and the angels are ranged row on row. None shall speak save he whom the Merciful Lord will permit; and he too will speak what is right. 38 That is the True Day. So whoso will should seek recourse unto his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
