The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 his head will be in the Plunging 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
