The Elephant (Al-Feel)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), did you not see how did your Lord deal with the People of the Elephant? 1 Did He not foil their strategy 2 And He loosed upon them birds in flights, 3 Which hit them with stones of baked clay, 4 Thus He made them like stubble cropped by cattle? 5
