The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 There is about its happening no lie. 2 (Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt; 3 When the earth will tremble, shivering. 4 and the mountains crumbled 5 Turned to dust, floating in the air, 6 You will become three categories: 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 The foremost ones (in faith and virtue) - the foremost ones in receiving their reward. 10 It is they who are the close ones. 11 in the Gardens of Delight 12 A number of the earlier peoples, 13 And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations). 14 Seated on couches wrought in gold and encrusted with precious stones, 15 Reclining thereon, face to face. 16 They will be served by immortal boys, 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 like the pearls in their shells: 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - 25 only the saying 'Peace, Peace!' 26 And the fellows on the right hand; how be happy shall the fellows on the right hand be! 27 Among thorn-less lote-trees. 28 And banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. 29 And a shade ever-spread. 30 Gushing water, 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 Neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, 33 And raised couches. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 and shall have made them virgins, 36 full of love, well-matched 37 For those on the Right Hand. 38

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
