Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By oath of those that are sent, one after the other. (The verses of the Holy Qur’an or the angels or the winds). 1 by (the angels) as swift as blowing winds, 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 then the criterion (the verses of Koran), separating 4 And those winds that bring down the remembrance. 5 excusing or warning, 6 Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass. 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 for what Day has this been appointed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 15 Have We not destroyed the earlier generations? 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 Thus do We deal with the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.)! 18 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 that We laid within a sure lodging 21 For a known term? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle? 25 The living and the dead, 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 “Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches.” 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 and throwing up sparks as huge as towers 32 like giant fiery ropes! 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 This is the Day they shall not speak, 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 40
