In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Ya Sin 1 By the Qur'an full of wisdom. 2 you are truly among the Messengers, 3 upon the straight path. 4 A revelation from the mighty, ever-merciful (God), 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
