۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
