Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 And the hell shall be made manifest to him who sees 36 then he who transgressed 37 And preferred the worldly life, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
