Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the heaven is split asunder, 1 when the planets are scattered, 2 when the seas swarm over, 3 and when the graves are overturned 4 everyone shall know all his deeds, both the earlier and the later. 5 O man! What has deceived you away from your Lord, the Most Beneficent? 6 Who created thee, then fashioned, then proportioned thee? 7 In whatsoever form He listed He constructed thee. 8 No indeed; (the fact is that) you deny the Reckoning, declaring it a lie; 9 Surely there are guardians over you, 10 noble, writers 11 They know whatsoever ye do. 12 Lo! the righteous verily will be in delight. 13 The wicked certainly in Hell: 14 roasting in it on the Day of Recompense 15 to burn therein. 16 They will never be able to escape from it. Would that you knew what the Day of Judgment is! 17 Again, what do you know – of what sort is the Day of Justice! 18 [It will be] a Day when no human being shall be of the least avail to another human being: for on that Day [it will become manifest that] all sovereignty is God's alone. 19
