Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and We shall drive the sinful like a thirsty herd into Hell. 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
