Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

We sent it [Quran] down on the Night of Destiny. 1 And what have you understood, what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months; 3 Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees, 4 It is peace until the rising of dawn. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
