So he who does the right and is a believer, will not have his labour denied, for We are congnisant of it. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 Had the idols been true lords, they would not have gone to hell. "All of you will live therein forever". 99 Theirs therein shall be roaring, and therein they shall hear not. 100 But those who have been promised a good reward by Us will be kept far away from Hell -- 101 They will not hear its sound, while they are, in that which their souls desire, abiding eternally. 102 The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised." 103 On that Day We shall roll up the skies as written scrolls are rolled up; [and] as We brought into being the first creation, so We shall bring it forth anew - a promise which We have willed upon Ourselves: for, behold, We are able to do [all things]! 104 And indeed We have written in Zabur (Psalms) [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise). 105 Herein, surely is a message for true worshippers. 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 If they turn away, say to them: "I have warned you all alike; and I cannot say whether what you have been promised is near or distant. 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 "Judge in truth (between us), O Lord," he said. "Our Lord is merciful, whose help we seek against what you attribute." 112
