۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
