The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 Nay (behold), ye prefer the life of this world; 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
