The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 Now, verily, thy Sustainer is indeed limitless in His bounty unto men - but most of them are bereft of gratitude. 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 and it is a guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
