The tree of Zaqqum 43 Food of the sinner. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 'Seize him and drag him into the center of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place; 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
