The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer! 1 What is the crash? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
