The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ The Beneficent Allah, 1 who taught the Quran -- 2 He created man, 3 Has taught him the knowledge of the past and the future. 4 The sun and the moon are scheduled. 5 And the plants and the trees prostrate (for Him). 6 He raised the sky and set the Balance 7 that you may not transgress in the balance, 8 And observe the weight with equity, and make not deficient the balance. 9 And the earth has He spread out for all living beings, 10 Therein are fruit and palm-trees sheathed. 11 And grain chaffed and other food. 12 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 13 He created man of clay like, unto pottery. 14 And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke: 15 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 16 He is Lord of the two easts and Lord of the two wests. 17 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 18 He has let forth the two seas, they meet together, 19 between them a barrier they do not overpass. 20 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 21 From both of them emerge pearl and coral. 22 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 23 And His are the ships reared aloft in the sea like mountains. 24 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 25

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
