Al-Zukhruf 6 of 7

۞ And when the son of Mary is quoted as an example, behold! the folk laugh out, 57 saying, "Are our gods better or him?" -- they cite him only to challenge you: they are a contentious people -- 58 but he was only a servant We favoured and made an example for the Children of Israel: 59 And if We willed, We could have established angels on the earth instead of you. 60 (Muhammad), tell them, "Jesus is a sign of the Hour of Doom. Have no doubt about it and follow me; this is the straight path. 61 and do not let satan prevent you, for he is your clear enemy. 62 When Jesus came with Clear Signs and said: “I have brought wisdom to you that I may make plain to you some of the things you differ about. So fear Allah and follow me. 63 Verily God is my Lord and your Lord; so worship Him. This is the straight path." 64 Then the factions fell apart among themselves. So woe to the wrong-doers from the chastisement of a grievous Day. 65 Are they looking for anything except the Hour (to overtake them). It will come upon them suddenly when they are unaware! 66 On that Day, friends will become each other's enemies, except the righteous -- 67
