Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 53 They shall recline on couches lined with brocade, and within reach shall hang the fruits of the two Gardens. 54 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 55 In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni - 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 who are as beautiful as rubies and pearls. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 Besides this, there will be two other gardens. 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 The greenest of green pastures. 64 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 [There the blest will live with their] companions pure and modest, in pavilions [splendid] 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 Blessed be your Lord's name, full of glory and majesty! 78

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
