The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the heaven with its impregnable castles; 1 by the Promised Day, 2 by the Witness and the witnessed, 3 Cursed were the companions of the trench 4 Of the fuel-fed fire, 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers. 7 And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy, 8 to whom belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and earth. And Allah is the Witness of all things. 9 Those who persecute the believing men and believing women, and then do not repent, will surely suffer the punishment of Hell, and the torment of burning. 10 Those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph. 11 The grip of your Lord is indeed severe, 12 Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. 13 and He is the All-forgiving, the All-loving, 14 Lord of the Arsh, the Glorious, 15 and the Most Effective in His decision. 16 Has there reached you the story of the soldiers - 17 Of Pharaoh and the Thamud? 18 Yet those who deny the truth persist in denial. 19 although Allah surrounds them. 20 Nay! This is a Glorious Quran, 21 in a Guarded Tablet. 22
