Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed, that they Shall not return. 95 Until when [the dam of] Gog and Magog has been opened and they, from every elevation, descend 96 Then will the true promise draw nigh (of fulfilment): then behold! the eyes of the Unbelievers will fixedly stare in horror: "Ah! Woe to us! we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we truly did wrong!" 97 You and what you worship instead of God will be fuel for hell: to it you shall all come -- 98 If these had been gods they would not have come thither, but all will abide therein. 99 They will groan in pain therein, but no one will listen to them. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 they shall be, kept far from it neither shall they hear any whisper of it, and they shall dwell forever in that their souls desired; 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 And assuredly We have prescribed in the Scripture after the admonition, that: the land! there shall inherit it My bondmen righteous. 105 Herein, surely, is a message for those devoted to worship. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 If they turn away, tell them, "I have warned every one of you equally. I do not know when the torment which you have to suffer will take place. 109 Indeed He knows what you say loudly and what you hide. 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 Say: "O my Sustainer! Judge Thou in truth!" - and [say]: "Our Sustainer is the Most Gracious, the One whose aid is ever to be sought against all your [attempts at] defining [Him]!" 112
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
