۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 they have enraged us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
