He it is Who hath made the earth unto you subservient, so go forth in the regions thereof, and eat of His provision. And unto Him is the Resurrection. 15 Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)? 16 Or have you become unafraid of the One Who controls the heavens, that He will not send a torrent of stones upon you? So now you will realise, how My warning turned out! 17 And indeed those before them had denied therefore how did My rejection turn out! 18 And did they not see the birds above them, spreading and closing their wings? None except the Most Gracious holds them up; indeed He sees all things. 19 Or who is he that will be an army unto you to help you instead of the Beneficent? The disbelievers are in naught but illusion. 20 Or, who is it that shall provide for you if He withholds His provision? Yet they persist in arrogance and aversion. 21 Who is better guided: he who walks grovelling on his face, or he who walks upright on a Straight Path? 22 Say: "It is He who raised you and gave you ears and eyes and hearts. How little are the thanks you offer!" 23 Say, "It is He who has scattered you on the earth; and it is to Him that you shall all be gathered [on the Day of Resurrection]. 24 They say: “If you are truthful, tell us when will this promise (of the Hereafter) be fulfilled?” 25 Say thou: the knowledge is only with Allah, and I am but a warner manifest. 26 But when they will behold it proximating sad will be the countenances of those who disbelieve, and it will be said: this is that which ye have been calling for. 27 Say thou: bethink ye if Allah destroy me and those with me; or have mercy on us, who will protect the infidels from a torment afflictive? 28 Say: 'He is the All-merciful. We believe in Him, and in Him we put all our trust. Assuredly, you will soon, know who is in manifest error. 29 Say: "Just think: If your water were to dry up in the morning who will bring you water from a fresh, flowing stream?" 30
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
