1/4 Hizb 48
< random >
IT IS GOD who has made the night for you, so that you might rest therein, and the day, to make [you] see. Behold, God is indeed limitless in His bounty unto man - but most men are ungrateful. 61 Such is Allah your Lord, the Creator of everything; there is no God but He. Wither then are ye straying away? 62 Only they are turned away thus who deny the signs of God. 63 It is Allah who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a ceiling and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord; then blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds. 64 He is the Living: there is no god but He so call upon Him, making religion pure for Him. All praise unto Allah, the Lord of the worlds! 65 ۞ Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds." 66 He, it is Who has created you (Adam) from dust, then from a Nutfah [mixed semen drops of male and female discharge (i.e. Adam's offspring)] then from a clot (a piece of coagulated blood), then brings you forth as children, then (makes you grow) to reach the age of full strength, and afterwards to be old (men and women), though some among you die before, and that you reach an appointed term, in order that you may understand. 67 It is He Who gives Life and Death; and when He decides upon an affair, He says to it, "Be", and it is. 68
