The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies. 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 "So fear Allah, and obey me." 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
