▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 Then the welcome will be boiling water 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
