Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
