The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the most wretched shall flout it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Though the life to come is better and abiding. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
