What aileth those who disbelieve, that they keep staring toward thee (O Muhammad), open-eyed, 36 left and right, in numerous groups? 37 Does every man among them aspire to be admitted into the Garden of serenity? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 I do not need to swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We have certainly all the power 40 To bring better people than they in their place; and they will not be able to thwart Us. 41 Therefore leave them, involved in their indecencies and play, till they confront their day which they are promised. 42 the day they shall come forth from the tombs hastily, as if they were hurrying unto a waymark, 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej). Sent down in Mecca after Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah) before The News (Al-Naba')
