(Muhammad), say, "People, if you have doubt about my religion, know that I, certainly, do not worship the idols which you worship instead of God, but I worship God who causes you to die. I am commanded to believe (in His existence), 104 to have firm belief in the up-right religion and not to be an idolater 105 And do not call besides Allah on that which can neither benefit you nor harm you, for if you do then surely you will in that case be of the unjust. 106 If Allah afflicts you with any hardship, none other than He can remove it; and if He wills any good for you, none can avert His bounty. He bestows good upon whomsoever of His servants He wills. He is AllForgiving, All-Merciful.' 107 Say: O mankind! Now hath the Truth from your Lord come unto you. So whosoever is guided, is guided only for (the good of) his soul, and whosoever erreth erreth only against it. And I am not a warder over you. 108 Follow what is revealed to you, and persist until God pronounce His judgement; for He is the best of all judges." 109
