Observe the service of prayer from the sun's declining from the meridian to the darkening of the night, and the recitation at dawn. Indeed the Recitation at dawn is palpably evident. 78 And as for the night, keep vigil a part of it, as a work of supererogation for thee; it may be that thy Lord will raise thee up to a laudable station. 79 Say, "Lord, grant me an honourable entrance and an honourable exit, and sustain me with Your power." 80 Say, 'Truth has come and falsehood has been banished; it is doomed to banishment.'" 81 And We reveal by means of the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy unto the believers, and it only increaseth the wrong-doers in loss. 82 When We are gracious to man he turns away and moves aside; yet when evil befalls him he begins to despair. 83 Say: Every one acts according to his manner; but your Lord best knows who is best guided in the path. 84
