O CHILDREN of Israel! Remember those blessings of Mine with which I graced you, and fulfil your promise unto Me, [whereupon] I shall fulfil My promise unto you; and of Me, of Me stand in awe! 40 And believe in that which I have sent down confirming that which is with you, and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and barter not My revelations for a small price, and Me alone shall ye fear. 41 Do not confuse truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth knowingly. 42 And perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and bow with those that bow. 43 ۞ Command ye mankind to piety and forget yourselves, the while ye read the Book! Understand then ye not! 44 And seek help in patience and prayer; and verily it is hard, except unto the meek. 45 who know for certain that they will meet their Lord, and that they will return to Him. 46
