It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 Aye! they say the like of that which said the ancients. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers were promised this before; it is nothing but ancient lore!" 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and the Lord of the Tremendous Throne?” 86 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: Will you not then guard (against evil)? 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, We have conveyed unto them the truth: and yet, behold, they are intent on lying [to themselves]! 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 He knows what is hidden and what is open: too high is He for the partners they attribute to Him! 92
