Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast 1 and removed your burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
