Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
