Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
