And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
