Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
Now what is the matter with the Unbelievers that they rush madly before thee- 36 [To sit] on [your] right and [your] left in separate groups? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Certainly not! They know quite well out of what We created them. 39 So I swear by the Lord of all [the three hundred and sixty (360)] points of sunrise and sunset in the east and the west that surely We are Able 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised - 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
