Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

So I swear by what you see 38 And what you do not see, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
