Al-Anbyaa' 4 of 7
Say: "Who guards you from Ar-Rahman by night and by day?" Yet from a mention of their Lord they turn away. 42 Do they have some Gods who protect them from Us? Neither can they save themselves nor save their friends from Us. 43 We gave days of enjoyment to them and their fathers until their life became long. Are they unable to see how We come to their land and reduce its borders. Or, is it they who are the victors? 44 Tell them: "I only warn you by the Revelation." But the deaf do not hear the cry when they are warned. 45 And if [as much as] a whiff of the punishment of your Lord should touch them, they would surely say, "O woe to us! Indeed, we have been wrongdoers." 46 And We will set up a just balance on the day of resurrection, so no soul shall be dealt with unjustly in the least; and though there be the weight of a grain of mustard seed, (yet) will We bring it, and sufficient are We to take account. 47 And We had already given Moses and Aaron the criterion and a light and a reminder for the righteous 48 those who fear their Lord in the unseen, also dread the Hour of Judgement. 49 And this is an admonition blest, which We have sent down! will ye then be the rejectors thereof? 50
