Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Qaf; by oath of the Glorious Qur’an. 1 Nay! they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, so the unbelievers say: This is a wonderful thing: 2 "What! When we die and become dust, (shall we live again?) That is a (sort of) return far (from our understanding)." 3 We already know how much of them (of their bodies) the earth will consume. With Us there is a Book that contains all records. 4 In fact they denied the Truth when it came to them, so they are now in a dilemma. 5 Have they not observed the sky above them and marked how We have built it and adorned it, leaving no flaws in it; 6 And the earth- We have spread it out, and set thereon mountains standing firm, and produced therein every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs)- 7 as a lesson and reminder for every human being who turns to God; 8 And We send down from the skies water rich in blessings, and cause thereby gardens to grow, and fields of grain, 9 And tall date-palms laden with clusters ranged. 10 Provision (made) for men; and therewith We quicken a dead land. Even so will be the resurrection of the dead. 11 Denied before them (i.e. these pagans of Makkah who denied you, O Muhammad SAW) the people of Nuh (Noah), and the dwellers of Rass, and the Thamud, 12 and Aad, Pharaoh and the brothers of Lot, 13 and the dwellers of the Wood, and the people of Tubba': every one denied their messengers, and so My warning came true. 14 Did We, then, become worn out by the first creation? Not at all; but they are in doubt about a fresh creation. 15
