Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
